1. Nature of Our Services
GLEBM Communications provides professional services including but not limited to Public Relations, Branding, Media, Publishing, Leadership, and Event Production company dedicated to shaping narratives, elevating leaders, and amplifying organizational impact across the world.
We empower individuals, institutions, government bodies, and brands to communicate with purpose, build influence, and stand out with clarity, professionalism, and global excellence.
Our platforms : GLEBM Magazine, GLEBM Publishing, GLEBM TV, GLEBM Printing Services, and the GLEBM Awards, serve a worldwide audience, showcasing transformational stories, leaders, and organizations from multiple continents
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If payment was made in error or duplicated
- If GLEBM Communications is unable to deliver the agreed service as stated in the service contract
- If a written cancellation request is submitted before work has commenced
Once service execution has started, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once initiated:
- BLEBM Publishing
- GLEBM Printing Services
- Event Production and Leadership
- Content creation and media production
- Consulting and strategy sessions
- Subscription-based services after activation etc
4. Service Modifications and Revisions
In place of refunds, we may offer service adjustments, revisions, or credits toward future services depending on the situation and contractual agreement.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 business days of your transaction with the following information:
- Full name and company name
- Service purchased
- Proof of payment
- Reason for refund request

6. Processing of Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
