Dr. Venesia Williams, Chancellor of Empowering Kingdom University, is recognized in GLEBM Magazine’s International Women’s Day 2026 Special Edition as one of the Audacious Women Shaping 2026 for her global leadership and generational empowerment work.

Dr. Venesia Williams has been recognized in GLEBM Magazine’s International Women’s Day 2026 Special Digital Edition as one of the Audacious Women Shaping 2026, honoring her global leadership in education, faith-based empowerment, and generational transformation.

Featured under the headline “When a Woman Is Empowered, Generations Are Impacted,” Dr. Williams’ story highlights her commitment to building sustainable institutions that equip women and leaders worldwide with both spiritual authority and practical excellence.

As Chancellor of Empowering Kingdom University and founder of multiple global initiatives, including The Power of Love Ministry and Empowering Women to Win Network, Dr. Williams has focused her work on leadership development, gender inclusion, and community transformation.

“One of the most audacious steps I’ve taken was choosing obedience over comfort,” Dr. Williams shared in her interview. “I stepped away from familiar systems, expectations, and even approval to build institutions, platforms, and programs that did not yet exist, but were clearly assigned to me by God.”

Rather than waiting for validation or ideal conditions, she launched Empowering Kingdom University and global leadership platforms with what she describes as conviction rather than permission.

“Many people wait for permission; I moved with conviction,” she said.

Behind her visible achievements were seasons of isolation, misunderstanding, and financial pressure, challenges she says strengthened her resilience and deepened her faith.

“The assignment required endurance,” she explained, emphasizing that her identity became anchored in purpose rather than public approval.

Dr. Williams’ work has particularly impacted women who were previously overlooked or silenced, helping them heal, build businesses, and step into leadership roles with confidence.

“When a woman is empowered, generations are impacted,” she said.

In 2026, she continues expanding Empowering Kingdom University globally, focusing on raising leaders and building institutions designed to outlive individual leadership.

“I am an audacious woman because I chose faith over fear and purpose over popularity,” she added.

GLEBM’s International Women’s Day edition highlights women across industries who are shaping 2026 through leadership, innovation, and measurable community impact. The digital issue is now available through GLEBM’s official platforms.
