Dr. Stephannie Green is being spotlighted in GLEBM’s Audacious 30: Women Shaping 2026 for her work in federal contracting education and her mission to equip women, veterans, and entrepreneurs with the tools to secure multi-year contract opportunities.

Green shared that one of her boldest decisions was stepping into federal contracting, a space she describes as often reserved for “the giants,” and choosing to hand the blueprints to individuals who have historically been overlooked. While many avoid the complexity of government red tape and paperwork, she built systems designed to decode the process and train others to compete effectively.

“Audacity for me wasn’t just winning a contract,” Green said. “It was starting a training system that empowers veterans and women to secure six-figure+, multi-year stability in a world that often expects them to settle for crumbs.”

Green explained that her greatest obstacle was not bureaucracy but unlearning what she called the “virtue of silence,” describing a personal turning point where she dismantled the belief that faith requires shrinking. She stated that she now understands her voice as stewardship and no longer fears being “too much,” emphasizing that strength and faith can coexist, referencing Jesus as both the Lion and the Lamb.

Her impact, she noted, extends beyond individual business wins to families and communities. Green said that when a business owner secures a multi-year federal contract, the outcome is not only revenue but reduced financial anxiety and the beginning of a legacy, citing testimonies of improved lives spiritually, financially, mentally, and physically.

Colleagues often describe her leadership as “order in the midst of chaos,” and Green stated that her presence shifts the mindset in the room from survival to strategy. She anchors her confidence in Philippians 4:13, emphasizing that the same promise applies to others pursuing their breakthrough.

Looking toward 2026, Green described her legacy goal as building an “economic bridge” that closes digital and economic divides through the power of voice and the precision of a winning bid. She stated that her impact will be measured by the number of entrepreneurs and veteran-owned businesses who move from hoping for a break to executing a contract.

Green also asked GLEBM to highlight the success of the Power Wealth Profits® training model, specifically the transformation of individuals who felt overlooked by the federal system and were coached through the paperwork that helped them secure their first multi-year contract. She emphasized that the pivotal moment is often internal, when a student realizes that the only thing standing between them and six figures was a voice they had not yet released, the voice that says, “I can do this.”
