Dr. Tina J. Ramsay, educator, media executive, and founder of CTR Media Network, has been recognized in GLEBM Magazine’s International Women’s Day 2026 Special Edition as one of the 30 Audacious Women Shaping 2026.

The annual feature spotlights women across industries who are driving measurable impact through leadership, innovation, and community empowerment. Dr. Ramsay’s inclusion highlights her work bridging education, media, and nonprofit leadership into a unified ecosystem designed for long-term generational impact.

Her career began in 1997 as a university tutor serving underprivileged children. That early foundation in education and advocacy led her to become a behavior specialist, supporting families and children navigating autism, ADHD, ADD, and other neurodivergent learning needs.

“Education is my foundation, and advocacy has always been at the core of my work,” Dr. Ramsay said in her feature interview.

Years later, she expanded beyond traditional academia, launching CTR Media Network, a multi-platform media ecosystem focused on visibility, ownership, and strategic storytelling. She also founded CTR Homeschooling to support homeschooling families and established CTR CARES Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to community empowerment and equitable access.

“One of the boldest steps I’ve taken was building a full multi-brand ecosystem from the ground up — without waiting for permission or institutional backing,” she said.

Dr. Ramsay openly discussed early setbacks, including a failed initial media launch that required her to rebuild from scratch. She credits that experience with strengthening her systems-driven leadership approach. “Vision without structure is just a dream,” she explained. “Systems protect vision and stabilize purpose.”

Her work now supports underprivileged families, neurodivergent learners, homeschooling parents, entrepreneurs, educators, and content creators seeking sustainable infrastructure rather than temporary visibility.

GLEBM’s International Women’s Day edition centers on the theme “Breaking Barriers. Building Legacies.” According to the publication, this year’s honorees represent leaders who are not only advancing professionally but constructing platforms and systems designed to outlast trends.

Dr. Ramsay describes her current mission as building “generational infrastructure” that empowers individuals and communities through structure, visibility, and access.

“The milestone is not just growth,” she said. “It’s alignment — building platforms that help people live out their purpose with clarity, courage, and impact.”
